Forever sucker rod hardening and tempering line includes the storage table, the turning machine, the conveying roller, the discharger, the spray cooling system, induduction heating system,IGBT generator and console, which adopts friendly man-machine interface and SIEMENS PLC and converter.

The Sucker rod induction hardening and tempering furnace adopts quick change structure to facilitate maintenance and replacement. The roller adopts a hollow water-cooled rotary roller, which does not cause overheating and damage during induction heating, so as to ensure its long-term and stable operation. The feeding way adopts the inclined roller self rotating, which ensures the uniformity of heating and quenching. The whole process realizes automatic control of feeding, heating and receiving process.

Working process:：

Manual feeding→automatic turning sucker rod→Transmission→quenching heating→Spraying→Sucker rod receiving.

Except the need for manual feeding, other processes are all automatically completed by PLC control and the entire process of production will be recorded.

At present, Forever has finished two sucker rod induction heat treatment furnaces for one China user. Their sucker rod size is (Ø16、Ø19、Ø 22、Ø25、Ø32）mm×(7520～9100)mm
