PC bar hardening and tempering line advantages

1.Intelligent series resonant IF power control, rectifier fully open, high power factor. Harmonic components are small.

2.The roller before and between the furnace adopts 304 stainless steel and through water for cooling, which greatly extend the roller life.

3. Spraying cooling system is using multi-stage stainless steel water ring, the water flow and pressure can be adjustable to meet the requirements of different hardenability.

4.Closed-loop control system adopts America Raytek infrared thermometer to measure the heating temperature.

5.The PC bars will not bend after induction heat treating with our line. The user needn’t to buy any straightening machine.
