Deformed bar heat treatment line advantages

1.Deformed bar heat treatment line conveyor rollers are made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel. As the angle between roller shaft and the workpiece is 18-21 degrees, the deformed bars can go forward and self-rotate by itself at the same time.

2.The feeding system for deformed bar heat treatment line adopts import Nord reducers which are independent inverter control.

3.The equipment uses the design that supply oil for motor and bearing to maintain the service life of components.
