Over 3 months, finally Forever reinforcing bar hardening and tempering line has been finished This reinforcing bar hardening and tempering line consists of 4 sets of IF power supply, two sets of induction heaters, automatic feeding and discharging system,  storage platform and receiving platform, two sets of cooling machines.

●  Reinforcing bar material: HRB300, HRB400, HRB500
●  Heating way: Induction heating
●  Cooling system: Enclosed cooling machine and water pool

●  The reinforcing bar hardening and tempering line is controlled by series resonant power, all digital and high efficiency.

●  Fast heating speed, less oxidation skin and long service life

●  Automatic feeding and discharging which are controlled by German Siemens PLC system.

●  The temperature control accuracy is easy to achieve uniform heating, and there is very small temperature difference from the surface to the core.This can ensure the reinforcing bar quality requirement from the base.

●  Using import SEW motor, each motor will be drived by a reducer.

●  According to different diameter of reinforcing bars, Forever match different induction heaters to meet wide range of bars. Each induction heater has water and power connection to make induction heater replacement easier.

●   Frequency inverter control: The bar running speed can be adjustable as per the production requirements.

●  As induction heating principle is making the workpiece to generate the heat by itself, this heating method has no pollution.
