Ribber bar heat treatment line configuration

1. Power supply range for quenching : KGPS160-1300KW

2. Power supply range for tempering : KGPS160-1300KW

3. Induction heater (including capacitors, water, gas, etc.)

4. Closed cooling system for cooling IF power supply and induction heater

5.Copper connection wire (Connect power supply cabinet and induction heater)

6. Input and output system (the ribbed bar will go forward and rotate by itself at the same time.)

7.Spay cooling system for quenching.

8.Temperature measurement device for induction heat treating. After the ribbed bar discharging from the quenching furnace, the infrared thermometer will send a signal to the power supply, if the temperature is not in the range of setting temperature, the power supply will adjust the temperature by adjusting the power automatically.

9. PLC control system (can control the entire mechanical part of the operation, man-machine interface, all digital, high user-friendly operation).

10. The central console (including frequency control and temperature control, China Industrial Computer, remote start, etc.). This system can show temperature curve, water flow, water pressure, power, current etc. if the user has special requirement,our system can be customized.
