pipe bar induction annealing furnace, which is heating workpiece to a predetermined temperature and slow cooling after holding for a certain period of time (usually with the furnace cooling).
The purpose of annealing is to homogenize the chemical composition, improve the mechanical properties and process performance, eliminate or reduce the internal stress for preparation of heat treatment.
