● Ability for steel billet heating up:Heating the complete billet to 1100℃.
● Ability to be uniform temperature:Make sure that billet temperature uniformity is better is than natural status before heating after billet going through the induction heating furnace.
● Medium frequency power supply
A.Raising the temperature from 800℃ to 1100℃ within one minute.The required power is 5700 KW as per the standard.
B.The electricity consumption per ton of billet in theory is 38 degree(for example,the electricity consumption per ton of billet is 25 degree if you want to raise 200℃)
C.We separate the power supply of 5700KW into two sets of equipment in order to ensure the reliability of heating furnace continuous working. Each one is 5700 KW and one use one standby.
