● Power supply system: Double rectifier 12 pulse or 24 pulse KGPS1000-10000KW/1200Hz single set of power supply or multi-set of power supplies.
● Feeding system:Independent motor reducer drive for each axis, set the multi-axis drive, single inverter control to make multi-axis synchronous running.
● Guiding system: 304 non-magnetic stainless steel guide wheel and keep the guide wheel axial direction have appropriate flexibility to adapt the billet bending in the allowed range.
● Temperature closed-loop control system: Steel billet continuous casting and rolling system includes America Raytek infrared thermometer and German Siemens S7. According to the billet initial temperature before charging into the inductor and feeding rate, the system will automatically adjust the power so that the heating temperature can keep constant before discharging the furnace.
● IPC system: Powerful functions including record and display the current working parameters and status, billet parameters memory, storage, memory, fault alarm, power down automatically and maintain constant temperature and so on.
▲ Energy transformation: The power consumption is 40-60 KW/H according to different billet surface temperature.
