The features of our guide rail hardening equipment

● The frequency of the equipment can be design according to user’s processing requirement.Generally, it’s 25-35 KHz, the hardening layer is 2-4 mm.Hardness meets the requirement and the deformation is small.

● When the material is HT200-HT300, the hardness is HRC 45-53.

● The speed is faster than if fast 1/3.

● Fine inductor design:the inductor is made as per user’s guide rail section structure.

● The control for gap between inductor and guide rail surface adopts guide rail position to avoid contact strike fire between inductor and the guide rail surface.

● Using IGBT international component,energy saving 20%-25% than old SCR.
