Forever automatic Bar quenching tempering machine is used for steel quenching tempering such as steel bar, round bar, steel pipe, grinding rod, sucker rod, drilling pipe, drill rod, anchor bolt, steel plate and so on.The bars diameter can be from 20 mm to 110 mm. The pipes diameter can be from 60 mm to 300 mm.
Steel quenching processes are used to impart specific mechanical properties to a component in order to render it fit for use.
Tempering is a low temperature (150ºC to 650ºC) heat treatment intended to remove the stresses and brittleness caused by quenching and to develop the required mechanical properties.
