1. The discharge port of the square billet induction heating furnace is equipped with a roller discharge mechanism, so that the material will not collide with the outlet of the furnace body, which can extend the service life of the furnace body.
2. The furnace frame of the steel billet heating furnace is composed of welded steel sections, including water, circuit, gas components, capacitor slot copper bars, etc. Above is the induction heating furnace body.
3. The infrared temperature measurement device adopts a non-contact monochromatic infrared thermometer, equipped with temperature display and multiple output interfaces, for use by printers or recording instruments. There is a temperature display on the external control panel, which has the characteristics of high accuracy, good reliability, and strong resistance to environmental impact. When the measured temperature exceeds the set value, there is an audible and visual alarm function.
4. The main control panel of the square billet induction heating equipment adopts Siemens PLC from Germany and Huayan Industrial Control System from Taiwan as the core control parts, which automatically matches and adjusts the mechanical operating parameters and power supply of the entire square steel billet heating system, and displays, stores, and prints various parameters.
