Inline induction billet heater main advantages
● Automatic feeding, heating, cooling and discharging, saving a lot of manpower and resources
● Mature temperature closed-loop control system to ensure quality consistency and reliability: Our system set infrared thermometer at the port of heater and the thermometer will show the heating temperature in time. If the heating temperature is out of range, it will give signal to the control system. The control system will adjust the heating temperature through regulating the output power.
● ”One-click” quick operation, the entire production line will automatically follow the set process parameters to start running
● Siemens PLC control system, can store, query and print the specifications of the process parameters.
● The operation language can be show in English and Chinese or as per user’s requirements.
