The Reinforcing bar hardening and tempering is mainly used to produce high-strength precision rolled deformed steel bars. Through hardening and tempering heat treatment, the various properties of the precision rolled threaded steel bars meet the requirements of PSB930 and PSB1080 levels in the national standard GB/T20065-2006.

3. Hardening inductor group and tempering inductor group (the number of hardening and tempering furnace bodies designed according to the size of the customer’s workpiece)

4. Resonant capacitor and furnace cabinet (including stainless steel pipes)

5. Hardening water tank (including multiple sets of stainless steel spray rings, flow meters, and conveyor rollers)

6. Device connection cable (the wire between the intermediate frequency power supply and the capacitor cabinet that runs the device, just like the charger we need to charge a mobile phone)

7. Input and output roller table (the workpiece rotates on one side and feeds at an even speed, which can make the heating of the steel bar more uniform)

8. Hardening and tempering infrared temperature measuring device (equipped with an American Raytheon infrared thermometer to display the temperature of the workpiece in real-time, allowing the workpiece to observe the temperature uniformity at any time during the hardening and tempering process)

9. The central console (including variable frequency speed regulation and temperature control, Huayan industrial control computer, remote start, etc.) is used to directly operate the entire hardening and tempering induction heating equipment on the central console. Only one person is needed to operate the entire equipment, saving labor and costs.

10. Independent gear reducer drive roller table (including water-cooled idlers)
