 Technical parameters for steel wire annealing furnace

● Raw material billet size:Φ3 mm～Φ6 mm,  steel wire carbon content: 0.75% ~ 0.6%, tensile strength: 1100 – 1450 Mpa

● Heating temperature: 380℃—420℃

● According to the diameter of the steel wire and wire speed, the heating temperature can be adjusted  in the range of 380℃—420℃.

● IF power supply control mode: you can manually control heating, but also control heating with the unit linkage.

● IF power supply fault shutdown interface signal: over current, over voltage, low water pressure, start success alarm signal

● The cooling water pipe of  the inductor furnace all use use stainless steel pipe.

● The use of the inductor: heating, annealing, heat preservation, quenching and tempering

● Heating mode: continuous heating

● Steel wire speed: 180 m/min
