Principle of induction heating long bar heat treatment machine: the workpiece is placed in the inductor, the inductor is generally input intermediate frequency alternating current (1000-300000Hz or higher) hollow copper tube. It is induction current of the same frequency, which is produced by alternating magnetic field in the workpiece. The distribution of the induction current in the workpiece is uneven. It will be strong on the surface and weak inside, close to 0 at the center. Using this skin effect, the surface of the workpiece can be heated rapidly, and the surface temperature rises to 800-1000ºC in a few seconds, while the center temperature of the workpiece is very small.
