Process parameters of bar hardening tempering furnace:

1. Intelligent quenching medium frequency power supply IGBT350KW/2000-3000Hz

2. Round steel material: S45C, SCM440, 42CRMO4, 16MNCR5, 40CR4

3. Workpiece parameters: diameter of 25mm or more, length of 6000mm

1. Medium frequency power supply: adopts a split structure design, and the power cabinet is a GGD standard cabinet. The compact design of the capacitor cabinet and sensor structure improves heating efficiency.

2. Sprinkler: It is a circular spray device made of stainless steel material, installed at the discharge end of the sensor. Steel pipes pass through the sprayer, and high-pressure cooling water is sprayed from the spray holes on the inner wall of the sprayer to quench the workpiece. There is a water collection tank below the sprinkler, and the cooling water flows into the quenching circulating water tank through the water collection tank, which to some extent saves water consumption.

3. Sensor manufacturing: The copper tube is wrapped with T2 oxygen free copper, with a wall thickness of 3.0mm or more. The insulation material of the sensor has high strength, high temperature resistance, and longer service life; The input and output ends of the sensor are encapsulated with 5mm purple copper plate to reduce magnetic leakage and extend its service life.

4. Material conveying system: The domestic brand GR67 series hard tooth surface motor reducer is used as the power for conveying. The roller conveyor of the feeding part is made of 40Cr steel and is quenched on the surface. The roller conveyor between the furnace bodies is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and cooled by water,

5. PLC+touch screen control mode. Realize functions such as automatic material flipping, variable frequency speed regulation for automatic feeding, automatic heating, automatic unloading, temperature detection, automatic adjustment of power supply and parameter storage.
