Main Technical Parameters of Steel Plate Heating Equipment
● Applicable Workpieces: Suitable for medium-frequency induction heating of steel plates, slabs, angled plates, and engineered blades.
● Power Supply System: 100-4000kW/200-8000Hz intelligent medium-frequency power supply.
● Feeding System: Roller table + powered double-nip rollers, each axis driven by an independent motor and reducer, controlled by an independent frequency converter. Flexible speed differential output design allows for segmented speed control.
● Roller Table Electrical Isolation: To address sparking issues between the workpiece and the roller table caused by equipment, we have designed a rugged and durable roller table electrical isolation system to prevent spark damage.
● Industrial Computer System: Real-time display of current operating parameters, workpiece parameter memory, storage, printing, fault display, and alarm functions.
● Recipe Management: A powerful recipe management system automatically calls up relevant parameters upon selecting the steel grade and plate shape to be produced, eliminating the need to manually record, review, and enter parameter values for each workpiece.
● Energy Conversion: Heating each ton of steel to 1150°C consumes 330-360 degrees Celsius of electricity.

● Fast heating speed, minimal oxidation and decarburization
Because medium-frequency induction heating operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction eddy current heating, heat is generated by the workpiece itself. This results in fast heating speeds, minimal oxidation, high efficiency, and excellent process repeatability.
● High degree of automation, enabling fully automatic operation
Equipped with an automatic loading mechanism and automatic discharging sorting device, the steel plate heating equipment can be fully automated when equipped with an industrial computer or human-machine interface.
● Uniform heating temperature and high temperature control accuracy
Heating temperature is uniform, with minimal core-surface temperature difference. The automatic temperature control system allows for precise temperature control.
● Long inductor life and easy replacement.
The steel plate heating equipment's furnace lining is made of silicon carbide or a solid knotted material. Operating at temperatures above 1250°C, it offers excellent insulation and thermal insulation properties, as well as resistance to sudden changes in temperature and shock.
