Power supply system: KGPS200~800KW/4~8KHZ or IGBT 200~800KW/4~15KHZ: hourly output of 0.6-2.5 tons.

Scope of application: Thickness 1.0mm-5.0mm, width 20mm-500mm, height 20mm-500mm.

Conveyor roller conveyor: The roller conveyor between the furnace bodies is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled.

Feeding system: Each axis is driven by an independent motor reducer and controlled by an independent frequency converter; Flexible design of speed difference output, segmented control of operating speed formula management function: A powerful formula management system that automatically calls relevant parameters after inputting the steel grade, outer diameter, and wall thickness parameters to be produced, eliminating the need to manually record, view, and input the required parameter values for various workpieces.
