Quenching and Tempering Machine for Bar Heat Treatment

As the machinery manufacturing and construction industries pursue higher metal material performance, solid bar products require stricter standards in hardness, toughness and structural stability. Traditional heat treatment equipment suffers from inconsistent cooling rate, low processing accuracy and large manual dependence. To meet the mass production demand for high-strength bars, we have launched the upgraded steel bar induction hardening and tempering furnace This integrated equipment combines precise heating, rapid quenching and constant-temperature tempering processes, specially developed for carbon steel, alloy steel and alloy structural steel bars, widely applicable to steel bars, round steel and forged bar processing.

This quenching and tempering machine adopts a continuous through-feed structural design, realizing one-piece automatic processing from feeding, heating, quenching to tempering. It is equipped with an intelligent intermediate-frequency induction heating system, which delivers fast and uniform heating without damaging the metal surface. The independent temperature regulation module precisely controls the quenching temperature at 820℃-950℃ and tempering temperature at 400℃-650℃. With closed-loop temperature feedback technology, the temperature control error is controlled within ±3℃, ensuring consistent metallographic structure of each bar and eliminating internal stress defects.

Focusing on operational durability and intelligence, the machine adopts thickened wear-resistant rack and high-temperature resistant transmission components. It can operate stably for a long time under continuous working conditions, with low wear and prolonged service life. The humanized PLC control panel supports parameter presetting, real-time data recording and abnormal alarm functions. Operators can adjust transmission speed and heating parameters with simple steps, greatly reducing technical operation thresholds and labor costs. Moreover, the sealed circulating water system reduces water consumption, achieving water resource recycling and energy-saving production.
