Process principle of bar material hardening and tempering furnace

The bar hardening and tempering furnace is composed of Forever's unique intelligent intermediate frequency quenching system, intermediate frequency tempering system, intermediate frequency closed water cooling system, storage rack, quenching mechanical feeding device, infrared temperature measurement, spray cooling system, feeding device, unloading rack, and central control system. The bar hardening and tempering furnace can quench bar materials with a diameter of 25 or more. The heating method is online continuous heating. The bar hardening and tempering furnace only requires a crane to lift the steel bar onto the storage rack, and the rest of the actions are automatically completed by the system controlled by PLC. The steel bar heat treatment equipment adopts computer automatic control to store, display, automatically record and print the mechanical operating parameters, quenching parameters, temperature and other parameters of the entire system.
