New generation intelligent continuous bar quenching furnace

A leading industrial heat treatment equipment manufacturer has officially launched a new upgraded Bar Quenching Furnace for large-scale continuous thermal processing of long steel bars, shaft parts and fastener raw materials. The furnace integrates zoned constant-temperature heating, closed-loop gradient spray quenching and intelligent air-cooling tempering in one unit. It effectively solves typical weaknesses of traditional furnaces, such as unstable furnace temperature, inconsistent hardness between bar head and tail, large deformation, heavy oxide scale and high energy consumption. The new equipment fully supports 24-hour uninterrupted batch production and meets high-precision non-destructive testing standards for engineering machinery and automotive structural bars.

The core quenching process parameters are fully optimized and solidified. It is suitable for carbon steel, alloy structural steel, spring steel and gear steel bars with diameters from 10mm to 150mm. The precise closed-loop furnace temperature is stably maintained at 860℃—920℃, with temperature deviation controlled within ±5℃. The matched synchronous tempering temperature ranges from 180℃ to 240℃, ensuring uniform metallographic structure and avoiding brittle fracture, surface peeling and hardness layering. Multi-section independent frequency conversion power modules support flexible capacity adjustment. The full-length hardness deviation is less than 1.5HRC, and the straightness deformation is kept within ultra-low tolerance, greatly improving the finished product qualification rate.
