long bar induction quenching & tempering production line

The integrated equipment for long bar quenching, tempering and tempering is a non-standard customized production line for overall heat treatment of steel bars with a diameter of 10-150mm. The process flow covers three stages: heating, quenching, and tempering, adopting an integrated design to reduce material turnover and improve efficiency and stability.

 Core configuration analysis power system: commonly used 1600-5000kW intermediate frequency series power supply, high power factor, suitable for large-scale continuous production. long bar induction quenching and tempering machine: multi zone design (3-5 zones) ensures uniform heating, excellent heat transfer effect, and supports quick change structure. Cooling system: annular spray, segmented control of water flow and pressure (0.3-0.5MPa), adjustable hardening layer depth of 2-6mm. Tempering system: using induction tempering, fast heating rate, temperature control range of 500-650 ℃, effectively eliminating stress and improving toughness. Conveyor system: Independently driven roller conveyor, designed with an inclination angle of 18-21 °, allowing steel bars to rotate and heat up during transportation, avoiding local overheating. Control system: PLC+infrared temperature measurement+flow monitoring, realizing closed-loop control of heating, cooling, and tempering throughout the process, and can establish a process database.

Process description: Induction heating: Quickly heat the steel rod to the critical temperature (850-920 ℃); Quenching and cooling: forming a martensitic layer through segmented spraying to enhance hardness; Tempering treatment: Heat to 500-650 ℃ to relieve stress, making the steel rod have both hardness and toughness; Automated control: The system adjusts power and flow in real-time to ensure stable mass production.
