Main technical parameters of round steel heat treatment production line:

● Main purpose: applicable to medium frequency heat treatment of round steel, low carbon alloy steel, steel bar, bar stock, etc.

● Power supply system: 160-1000KW/0.5-2.5KHz, hourly output 0.5-3 tons.

● Scope of application: ø 15 – ø 150.

● Conveying roller table: the included angle between the roller table axis and the workpiece axis is 18~21 °. The workpiece rotates and advances at a constant speed to make the heating more uniform. The roller table between the furnace bodies is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled.

● Roller table grouping: feed group, inductor group and discharge group are controlled independently, which is conducive to continuous heating without gap between workpieces.

● Spray system: multi-stage spray cooling is adopted, and the pressure and flow between spray rings at all levels can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different hardenability.

● Temperature closed-loop control: the quenching adopts the Raytheon infrared thermometer and forms a closed-loop control system with Siemens S7, with high temperature control accuracy.

● Industrial personal computer system: real-time display of the status of current working parameters, workpiece parameter memory, storage, printing, fault display, alarm and other functions.

▲ Energy conversion: quenching mode is adopted, and the power consumption per ton is 260~280 degrees.
