1. The billet continuous casting and rolling heating furnace utilizes induction heating technology for heat treatment, resulting in low environmental pollution and high production efficiency. It also offers lower costs than gas-fired heating. Operated during off-peak electricity consumption periods, costs are even lower. Engineers have specifically designed the furnace with optimal process parameters and process control. The furnace uses a US Raytek thermometer for temperature control, providing real-time display of the billet temperature at the discharge end. This ensures more uniform heating and improved production efficiency.
2. The billet continuous casting and rolling heating equipment is a non-standard product. The induction coil must be designed according to your production requirements when ordering.
3. Maximum billet curvature before furnace entry: The degree of curvature varies depending on the steel grade. What if the billet curvature exceeds 3mm/m before entering the furnace? 4. Control System: The entire heating process of the billet continuous casting and rolling heating equipment is automatically controlled by a PLC, with timely display of production records such as the heating count. This console is used alone, featuring a custom-designed human-machine interface for the continuous casting billet heating furnace. It offers highly user-friendly operating instructions, fully digital, highly adjustable parameters, and a one-touch restore function for easy operation.
5. Feeding and guide system: Each axis is driven by an independent motor and reducer. Multiple axes are controlled by a single inverter, ensuring synchronized operation. Components are selected from renowned brands for reliable quality and stable operation. 304 non-magnetic stainless steel guide wheels are used, ensuring moderate axial flexibility to accommodate the allowable bending of the billet.
6. The closed-loop temperature control system for the continuous casting and rolling billet heating furnace utilizes a Raytek infrared thermometer from the United States and a Siemens S7 from Germany. This system automatically adjusts the power supply based on the billet's initial temperature upon entering the induction heater and the feed rate, ensuring a constant heating temperature before exiting the furnace and uniform heating of the workpiece.
7. The capacitor cabinet and furnace body cabinet of the continuous casting and rolling billet heating furnace are designed separately (the capacitor cabinet's location is determined by the user).
