1. Efficient and precise temperature control and uniformity guarantee

The furnace body is divided into multiple independent temperature control zones along the length direction (such as preheating zone, heating zone, uniform heating zone, slow cooling zone, etc.). Each zone is equipped with multiple high-precision thermocouples and intelligent PID regulators to ensure minimal horizontal and vertical temperature gradients inside the furnace, typically controlled within ± 5 ℃.

Install high-power, high-temperature resistant centrifugal circulating fans on the top or side walls to drive the protective atmosphere or hot air to flow at high speed and uniformly in the furnace, eliminating temperature blind spots and ensuring that every steel pipe and every part of the steel pipe is heated uniformly.

2. Advanced energy-saving technology and extremely low operating energy consumption

Using high-quality ceramic fiber modules, with small heat capacity, low thermal conductivity, extremely low heat storage and dissipation losses, fast heating and cooling speed, especially suitable for periodic production.

The flue gas generated by combustion is preheated to 400-600 ℃ by an efficient air preheater, which directly improves combustion efficiency and can save energy by 20% -30%.

The hot air from the cooling section (heat dissipated from the steel pipe) is recovered and sent to the heating section for use as secondary air or for preheating the cold steel pipe entering the furnace.

By using self preheating burners or regenerative combustion technology (RTO), air preheating and combustion are integrated, with a thermal efficiency of over 80%. Key parameters such as temperature, atmosphere, and operating speed throughout the entire process are automatically recorded and stored, and reports can be generated to provide data support for product quality traceability and process optimization.
