Forever Electromechanical’s core upgrade scheme optimizes and replaces the overall load-bearing framework of the furnace body in a targeted manner. It adopts high-strength low-alloy thickened steel profiles and assembled reinforced anti-deformation overall welding structure, matching integrated cast steel load-bearing base and multi-point shock absorption limit support assembly. Compared with the traditional single-layer simple structure, it can effectively counteract high-frequency electromagnetic vibration and continuous high-temperature thermal stress impact, stabilize the overall horizontal stress of the furnace body, completely avoid common faults such as frame distortion, side wall sinking and internal induction coil displacement, and greatly extend the overall service cycle of the induction furnace body and supporting electrical components.

At the same time, the furnace body internal cavity insulation and closed isolation structure are fully optimized and upgraded. The furnace lining is equipped with new high-temperature resistant nano-composite multi-layer heat insulation cotton and integral pouring refractory protective layer, and the joint gap of the split furnace body is equipped with high-elastic high-temperature soft sealing pressure strips in all directions. It effectively isolates internal induction heat radiation, reduces heat conduction loss by a large margin, realizes uniform and constant temperature in the full-length heating area of the furnace body, perfectly adapts to synchronous matching of medium-frequency induction heating, rapid temperature measurement and online constant temperature control, and ensures consistent metallurgical mechanical properties of each batch of long bar workpieces after induction quenching and tempering.

Furthermore, Forever Electromechanical adds a standardized modular quick-disassembly structure to the furnace body, independently reserves integrated reserved ports for induction coil wiring, circulating water cooling, online infrared temperature measurement and linkage feeding, and optimizes the compact overall layout of the furnace body.
