This professional long bar induction hardening and tempering furnace adopts advanced IGBT medium-frequency induction technology and independent dual-power control design, separating hardening heating and tempering heating power systems to support flexible parameter matching for different steel grades and bar specifications. Different from traditional overall slow heating, it utilizes electromagnetic eddy current internal heating to achieve rapid and uniform temperature penetration on the surface and core of long bars.
