In the continuous production of long bar workpieces, the traditional heat treatment furnace body has prominent practical drawbacks. The overall structural rigidity is insufficient, thermal deformation and local sagging frequently occur after long-term high-temperature cyclic operation. Meanwhile, the single-layer lining structure leads to serious heat loss, poor overall sealing performance, obvious temperature deviation in the long cavity, which directly restricts the consistency of bar quenching and tempering quality, increases comprehensive energy consumption, and raises later maintenance costs. A targeted overall upgrade of the long bar heat treatment machine furnace body is imperative to match high-efficiency and high-standard batch production.

The core of the furnace body upgrade lies in the optimized reinforced integral welding steel frame structure. Thickened high-strength profile steel and fully enclosed welded plate materials are adopted to replace the original scattered assembly structure. Equipped with integral load-bearing supporting piers and anti-deformation limit auxiliary parts, it effectively resists thermal stress impact under long-time high-temperature working conditions, avoids lateral displacement and bending sagging of the furnace body, and greatly improves the overall structural stability and service life of the equipment.

The thermal insulation and sealing system are fully upgraded synchronously. The furnace lining adopts multi-layer composite energy-saving refractory structure, with high-aluminum fiber reinforced castable lining layered pouring construction, matched with seamless full-circle soft high-temperature sealing strips at the furnace mouth and docking joints. It thoroughly solves the air leakage and heat dissipation pain points of the traditional furnace body, realizes uniform temperature distribution in the long heating cavity, controls the temperature difference within the process allowable range, and ensures stable and consistent metallurgical performance of each batch of long bars.

In addition, the modular disassembled design of the furnace body is added, with reserved embedded ports for temperature measurement, air supply and circulating cooling. The overall layout is compact, which reduces floor occupation, and facilitates daily inspection, refractory maintenance and rapid on-site assembly. After the actual production test of the upgraded furnace body, the energy consumption per ton of materials is significantly reduced, the failure rate of the furnace body is decreased by more than 40%, the heat treatment qualification rate of long bars is greatly improved, and it fully meets the supporting use requirements of intelligent continuous heat treatment production lines in heavy industry.
