The customized bar heat treatment production line is specially designed for local mass production of special alloy bars, construction machinery bars and automotive high-strength tempered parts. Equipped with self-developed closed-loop intelligent temperature control system, the furnace strictly controls quenching speed and tempering constant temperature duration, effectively avoiding common defects such as deformation, uneven hardness and surface decarburization. Integrated with low-noise automatic feeding structure, full-corrosion-resistant furnace body and waste heat recovery module, the equipment adapts to local power supply conditions, reduces comprehensive energy consumption and maintenance costs, and supports 24-hour uninterrupted batch production.
