Adopting advanced medium-frequency induction heating technology, the equipment realizes one-stop continuous quenching and tempering for long steel bars. Different from traditional batch heating methods, it features internal and external synchronous heating with fast temperature rise and uniform thermal penetration. The production process strictly follows standardized heat treatment curves: steel bars are rapidly heated to 850–1000℃ for full austenitization, then undergo uniform spray quenching to form a dense hardened layer, followed by precise low-to-medium temperature tempering at 500–780℃ to eliminate internal stress. This scientific dual-stage heating process effectively improves the overall strength, toughness and fatigue resistance of workpieces.

This Forever Electromechanical heat treatment line is highly adaptable, supporting continuous processing of carbon steel, alloy steel, 42CrMo, 40Cr and other mainstream materials. It fits long bars with a diameter of 20mm to 150mm and a length of 4m to 12m, covering most specifications of industrial round steel and threaded rods. The whole production flow includes automatic feeding, constant-speed conveying, induction quenching, closed-loop spray cooling, induction tempering and finished product discharging, forming a fully automated closed-loop production system without manual intervention.

Equipped with a full set of intelligent control systems, the machine adopts PLC closed-loop regulation and high-precision infrared temperature sensors to realize real-time monitoring of heating power, running speed and cooling water pressure. It stabilizes hardness tolerance within ±10 HB and controls straightness deviation below 1mm per meter, thoroughly solving common defects such as uneven hardness, large deformation and unstable quality of traditional heat treatment. All processing parameters can be preset, stored and traced, facilitating standardized production and quality management.

In terms of energy conservation and environmental protection, the upgraded IGBT variable frequency power supply greatly improves electrothermal conversion efficiency, with comprehensive power consumption controlled at 360–400 kWh per ton. Compared with traditional resistance furnaces, it saves over 30% energy and shortens processing cycle by more than half. Meanwhile, the induction heating mode produces no open flame, no smoke and little oxidation decarburization, which effectively reduces material loss and fully complies with global low-carbon and environmental protection production standards.
