As mining, cement and metallurgical industries pursue higher wear resistance and longer service life of consumable parts, the quality requirements for grinding rods have become increasingly stringent. Traditional grinding rod heat treatment equipment suffers from prominent technical defects such as surface overheating, core underheating and severe internal and external temperature gradients. The inconsistent heating leads to ununiform hardness, poor toughness, easy fracture and short service life of finished grinding rods, which restricts the upgrading of high-quality wear-resistant rod products. The newly optimized grinding bar induction heat treatment furnace takes uniform deep heating as the core breakthrough, completely eliminates internal and external temperature differences, and integrates intelligent control, high efficiency and low loss, becoming a landmark equipment for high-standard grinding rod processing.

Zero temperature difference internal and external through heating is the most prominent core advantage of the new equipment. Different from the traditional external radiation heating mode that only heats the rod surface and relies on slow heat conduction, this machine adopts advanced medium-frequency induction internal heating technology. It generates uniform eddy current heat inside the grinding rod workpiece, realizing synchronous heating from the core to the surface. Combined with the self-rotating conveying structure, each part of the grinding rod is fully and evenly heated in all directions, thoroughly solving the common problems of hot spots, cold zones and inconsistent internal and external temperatures in traditional processing. The overall temperature error of the workpiece is controlled within ±2℃, achieving true integrated through-heating.

The equipment integrates intelligent closed-loop control to further stabilize processing quality and improve production efficiency. Equipped with high-precision infrared temperature measurement and PLC automatic control system, it realizes real-time temperature monitoring, automatic power adjustment and precise process parameter matching. The whole process from feeding, constant-temperature heating, precise quenching and uniform tempering to discharging is fully automated, supporting continuous batch production. While ensuring zero temperature difference heating, it shortens the heating cycle, boosts production throughput, and greatly reduces manual operation errors and labor costs.
