1. PLC control for steel pipe annealing heat treatment furnaces offers flexibility and versatility. Within the PLC control system, simply connect the corresponding input and output signal lines to the PLC terminals. When the control system's functions need to be modified online or offline using a programmer, the same PLC device can be used for different control devices, differing only in the input and output components and application software.

2. Steel pipe annealing equipment offers high reliability and strong anti-interference capabilities. Electromagnetic interference, power fluctuations, mechanical vibration, and temperature and humidity fluctuations at the equipment site can all cause equipment malfunctions. Traditional relay-contactor control systems offer strong anti-interference capabilities, but due to the large number of mechanical contacts (which are prone to wear and erosion), they have a short lifespan and poor system reliability. PLCs, however, utilize microelectronics technology, with a significant portion of the switching operations performed by contactless electronic memory devices. Most relays and complex wiring are replaced by software programs, resulting in a long lifespan and enhanced reliability.

The steel pipe annealing furnace's heating inductors feature a quick-change design, facilitating maintenance and replacement. The conveyor rollers utilize hollow, water-cooled rotating rollers, ensuring induction heating without overheating or bearing damage, ensuring long-term stable operation. The feed system utilizes self-rotating inclined rollers, ensuring uniform heating. The entire process, from feeding to heating, quenching, and collecting, is fully automated. Heat-treated workpieces are evenly heated, free of deformation, bending, or cracking. Medium-frequency induction heating furnaces are highly efficient and energy-efficient.
