The power supply system of the stainless steel bar hardening furnace is controlled by a dual rectifier KGPS series medium frequency heating power supply, and the conveyor roller adopts non-magnetic 304 stainless steel. Segmented control of operating speed by independent frequency converters enables flexible design of speed difference output, uniform heating during uniform forward movement, energy-saving and efficient, fast heating speed, high production efficiency, less oxidation and decarbonization, material and cost savings, and extended mold life;

The induction heating equipment is equipped with a powerful formula management system. After inputting the steel grade to be produced, the outer diameter size of the stainless steel pipe, and the wall thickness parameters, the equipment automatically calls the relevant parameters, without the need for manual recording, to view and input the required parameters for various workpieces;

Temperature closed-loop control, the stainless steel rod quenching equipment adopts a closed-loop control system composed of American Leitai thermometer and German Siemens S7, with uniform heating and high temperature control accuracy, ensuring small temperature difference between the heating core and the meter;
