Steel ball oblique rolling mill is used to produce steel balls. When rolling steel balls diagonally, in order to make the spiral direction on the rolling mill correspond to the spiral direction on the rolled piece, the axis of the rolling mill and the axis of the rolled piece form an angle with each other. The angle between the two rolls is generally 2-6 degrees. The rolling mill has a spiral hole pattern. When the two rolls rotate in the same direction, the material is returned to the opposite direction between the rolls and moves forward. Under the action of the spiral hole pattern, the round steel billet gradually becomes spherical
The connecting neck between the spheres becomes thinner and thinner, and finally disconnects to obtain a steel ball.
