Product Details

The threaded bar induction heat treatment line is independently developed by Forever Electromechanical. It is a fully automatic heat treatment line integrating automatic feeding, fixed-length cutting, induction heating, online quenching, tempering, cooling and conveying. It is specially designed for heat treatment of threaded bars, anchor bars, finish-rolled threaded bars and various alloy round bars.

Driven by intelligent intermediate frequency IGBT energy efficient induction power supply, the line rapidly and evenly heats steel bars through electromagnetic eddy current. Infrared pyrometers monitor surface temperature in real time, and the PLC closed-loop control system dynamically adjusts power and frequency to guarantee uniform temperature and consistent hardness along the whole bar. Compared with traditional gas furnaces and resistance furnaces, it features faster heating speed, less oxidation and decarburization and lower energy consumption.

Compatible with carbon steel, low alloy steel and alloy steel, the line supports quenching, tempering and quenching & tempering processes. Finished workpieces own stable metallographic structure and consistent mechanical properties. It is widely used for construction threaded bars, mining anchor bars, bridge prestressed finish-rolled threaded bars and mechanical bar components.

High-efficiency IGBT induction heating Adopts mature intelligent IGBT medium frequency power supply with high energy conversion rate. It responds instantly without long preheating. Induction heating only heats the workpiece itself, greatly cutting power consumption per ton and reducing production cost.
Closed-loop temperature control for uniform hardness Multi-section induction coils realize zoned heating. Combined with infrared temperature detection and PLC power regulation, temperature deviation on the bar is well controlled. Low deformation and stable quality Online quenching and inline tempering release internal thermal stress timely. It effectively controls bending, ovality and cracking of threaded bars, reducing straightening workload and scrap rate.
Flexible customization and easy line integration It can work as a standalone unit or connect with upstream cutting machines and downstream straightening & testing equipment. Customization is available based on bar diameter, steel grade, hourly capacity and workshop layout.
Recipe storage for fast production switching Multiple process recipes are saved on the touchscreen. Operators can switch between different steel grades and sizes with one click, eliminating repeated parameter debugging.
