● Power Supply: Quenching: 160-1000 kW/0.5-4 kHz, Tempering: 100-600 kW/0.5-2.5 kHz, Hourly Output: 0.5-3.5 tons.
● Applicable Range: Ø20-Ø120 mm.
● Conveyor Roller: The roller axis forms an angle of 18-21° with the workpiece axis. The workpiece rotates while advancing at a constant speed, ensuring more uniform heating. The rollers between the furnace bodies are made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and are water-cooled.
● Roller Grouping: The feed group, sensor group, and discharge group are independently controlled, facilitating continuous heating without creating gaps between workpieces.
● Closed-Loop Temperature Control: Both quenching and tempering processes utilize Raytech infrared thermometers, integrated into a closed-loop control system with a Siemens S7, for high temperature control accuracy.
● Industrial computer system: Displays real-time operating parameters, and includes functions such as workpiece parameter memory, storage, and printing, fault display, and alarms.
● Energy conversion: Utilizes a quenching and tempering method, consuming 360 to 400 kWh per ton.

An infrared thermometer measures the billet temperature at the induction furnace outlet to detect overheating or incomplete heating. This ensures that the billet temperature remains within the target range, reducing defective products and ensuring consistent product quality.
