This fully automatic continuous heat treatment line is customized for long steel bars and rods ranging Φ20–150mm, covering carbon steel, alloy steel, 42CrMo and other metal blanks. Equipped with high-efficiency IGBT medium-frequency induction power supply, it integrates automatic feeding, induction quenching, circulating spray cooling, induction tempering and discharging as one closed-loop production system.

Supported by PLC + infrared closed-loop temperature control, the line realizes precise regulation of heating power, conveying speed and cooling flow, delivering uniform hardness within ±10HB and minimal workpiece deformation without surface decarburization.

The modular design supports flexible adjustment for various bar lengths and diameters. Widely used for hydraulic piston rods, wind power bolts, lead screws and machinery long shafts, it stabilizes tensile strength, toughness and wear resistance to meet strict industrial heat treatment standards, ideal for large-volume metal processing factories worldwide.
