Steel Sheet Quenching Induction Furnace

The steel plate quenching equipment produced by Hebei Yuantuo Electromechanical integrates production and sales, with rich production experience. In recent years, we have produced multiple sets of steel plate quenching equipment. Our customized induction heating equipment and induction heat treatment equipment can meet the different needs of different users.

Steel Sheet Quenching Induction Furnace

The commonly used current frequencies are:

1. High frequency heating: 100-500KHZ, commonly used 200-300KHZ, is an electronic tube type high-frequency heating, with a hardened layer depth of 0.5-2.5mm, suitable for small and medium-sized parts. 

2. Intermediate frequency heating: The current frequency is 500-10000HZ, commonly 2500-8000HZ, and the power supply equipment is a mechanical intermediate frequency heating device or a thyristor intermediate frequency generator. Hardened layer depth~10 mm. Suitable for larger diameter shafts, medium and large gears, etc.

3. Power frequency heating: The current frequency is 50HZ. Mechanical power supply equipment for power frequency heating is used, and the quenching depth can reach 10-20mm, suitable for surface quenching of large diameter workpieces.

Steel Sheet Quenching Induction Furnace Characteristics

PLC controlled steel plate quenching induction furnace induction heating surface quenching:

(1) Basic principle: Place the workpiece in the induction device of a steel plate quenching equipment made of hollow copper tubes, and apply medium or high-frequency alternating current to form an induced current of the same frequency on the surface of the workpiece. The surface of the workpiece is rapidly heated (800-1000 degrees Celsius can be raised within a few seconds, and the core is still close to room temperature), and then immediately sprayed with water for cooling (or oil immersion quenching) to harden the surface layer of the workpiece. 

(2) The selection of heating frequency: The relationship between the depth (mm) of induced current flowing into the surface of the workpiece at room temperature and the current frequency f (HZ) is that as the frequency increases, the depth of current penetration decreases and the quenching layer decreases.
