Working Process of Plate Forging Thermal Heating Equipment (Forever Electromechanical)

The Forever electromechanical slab forging and heat transfer heating equipment adopts medium frequency induction heating technology, which is fully automated, segmented temperature control, precise heat transfer, and suitable for pre forging heating of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other slabs. The temperature can reach 1150-1250 ℃, with no oxidation and low energy consumption throughout the process.

1、 Automatic feeding and conveying

The slab is transported by roller conveyor/robotic arm to the feeding platform, and after positioning and alignment, it enters the heating line.

The servo driven roller conveyor feeds at a constant speed, and the speed can be automatically adjusted according to the process and slab thickness.

2、 Segmented induction heating (core)

Preheating section: Low power heating to eliminate internal stress and achieve uniform preheating.

Thermal section: The IGBT induction heating power supply  outputs a strong alternating magnetic field, which generates eddy current Joule heating inside the slab. The rapid heating of the inside and outside is synchronized to prevent "external coke generation".

Uniform heating section: Constant temperature insulation, reducing the temperature difference of the section, ensuring heat penetration and consistent temperature of the entire slab.

3、 Online temperature measurement and intelligent temperature control

The infrared thermometer monitors the surface and center temperature of the slab in real-time.

PLC closed-loop control: automatically adjusts power, frequency, and conveying speed to ensure temperature accuracy of ± 10 ℃.

4、 Preparation before discharge and forging

Qualified slab is automatically discharged to the forging press; Unqualified products are automatically diverted, returned to the furnace, or removed.

The entire process is water-cooled to protect the coil and electrical control, ensuring stable equipment and long lifespan.

5、 Data and Security

Touch screen displays temperature, power, speed, and energy consumption; Support data storage, traceability, and remote monitoring. Automatic protection and fault diagnosis for overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature, and water shortage.
