The heat treatment quenching furnace for sucker rods refers to the quenching and tempering treatment of sucker rods by equipment. The production process mainly controls heating temperature, sucker rod forward speed and rotation speed, loading and unloading frequency, and other items. The specific project control methods are introduced as follows.
The speed of the regulating mechanism for the loading and unloading mechanism is controlled by the central control console. The hydraulic cylinder action is controlled by adjusting the flow rate of the regulating valve to synchronize and coordinate the loading and unloading mechanism.

The control of the forward speed and rotation speed of the sucker rod is achieved by adjusting the installation angle of the roller and the speed of the motor, in order to control the forward speed and rotation speed of the sucker rod and meet the requirements of the process. The forward speed of the sucker rod can be adjusted within a large range, and the adjustment range of the rotational speed is controllable. The control of heating temperature for the quenching and tempering equipment of the sucker rod is measured by a far-infrared thermometer set at the rear end of the quenching and tempering sensor. Then, the temperature information is transmitted to the central control system for processing, and the processing results are fed back to the heating system. The quenching and tempering heating power are adjusted separately to achieve closed-loop automatic control of heating temperature and heating power. This control method can achieve the temperature control accuracy of soil 101, fully meeting the process requirements.
The control of the bending degree of the sucker rod is constrained by many factors, and the bending deformation of the sucker rod after quenching must be solved by adjusting the heating speed, cooling intensity, rotation speed, and other factors. The sucker rod tempering production line has the adjustment function of the above factors, which can control the bending amount per meter of the sucker rod after tempering treatment within 0.501x11 people.
