Technical knowledge of induction heat transfer equipment (Forever Electromechanical)
The induction heat transfer equipment is the core heating equipment before metal forging, extrusion, and heat treatment, with electromagnetic induction and eddy current heating as the core, achieving efficient, accurate, and green overall heat transfer.

1、 Core principle
Alternating current is passed into the induction coil to generate an alternating magnetic field. The metal billet is placed in the magnetic field, and eddy currents are induced inside. Due to its own resistance, Joule heat is generated, achieving internal self heating without the need for open flames or contact heat transfer. Medium frequency (1-20kHz) is suitable for deep penetration heating of steel/copper/aluminum billets, with a heating depth of 3-10mm, meeting the uniform preheating requirements before forging/rolling.
2、 Equipment composition (Forever electromechanical standard configuration)
IGBT induction heating power supply: fully digital DSP control, constant power/constant temperature/constant current three modes, 0.2s fast start, efficiency of 90%+.
induction heating machine body: customized coil, suitable for bar/billet/pipe, uniform heating, small temperature difference between core and surface.

PLC+touch screen control system: infrared temperature measurement closed-loop, temperature control accuracy ± 5 ℃, supports continuous/intermittent/multi-stage heating modes.
Cooling+feeding system: closed-loop water cooling, automatic feeding/discharging, suitable for automated production lines.
