The whole set of steel pipe induction hardening system provided by Forever Electromechanical includes intelligent feeding mechanism, segmented induction heating coils, closed-loop infrared temperature measuring module, high-pressure spray quenching unit, IGBT medium-frequency power cabinet, PLC automatic control cabinet and post-quenching cooling conveying rack. Different from ordinary single-purpose hardening equipment, this system supports seamless switching of round pipes, oil casings, thick-walled mechanical steel pipes with diameters ranging from 42mm to 325mm. The team completed equipment positioning, pipeline wiring, water cooling system testing, power supply parameter calibration and linkage debugging of each workstation within five working days. Facing the local unstable power grid voltage environment, engineers optimized the power supply anti-fluctuation program on site to ensure continuous stable operation of the steel pipe induction hardening production line under complex power conditions. Multiple batches of continuous trial production were arranged during debugging. Test data showed that the unit power consumption of steel pipe quenching dropped by 26% compared with the customer’s old equipment, and continuous 24-hour operation realized zero unplanned shutdown.

Intelligent control is another core advantage of Forever’s hardening system. The built-in IoT remote monitoring module supports real-time uploading of heating temperature, running power, quenching water pressure and equipment fault data.
