Steel bar induction hardening furnace

The Forever steel bar induction hardening furnace adopts intermediate frequency induction heating technology, which directly generates heat inside the steel rod through electromagnetic induction, achieving fast and uniform heating, avoiding the problem of "external heating first, internal slow heating" of traditional heating methods.

Its core components use high-performance DSP+FPGA composite integrated circuits to achieve digital control, with real-time parameter correction and high reliability.

The steel bar idnuction hardening machine is equipped with IGBT induction heating power supply and PLC intelligent control system, supporting fully automatic operation, with a voltage of 380V, and complying with ISO9001 quality certification.

This technology is suitable for quenching and tempering steel bars with diameters ranging from 40mm to 150mm. Through multi-point infrared temperature measurement and PLC closed-loop control, real-time adjustment of the temperature curve is achieved to ensure uniform heating of the surface and core.

In addition, the steel bar hardening machine adopts a new IGBT air-cooled induction heating power supply control, which has low power consumption, energy saving and environmental protection.
