The newly launched seamless steel pipe induction heating production line integrates advanced IGBT variable frequency power supply, PLC intelligent closed-loop control, infrared precise temperature measurement, segmented induction heating and other technologies, which can adapt to the continuous heating, quenching, tempering and other process requirements of seamless steel pipes with different diameters, wall thicknesses and steel grades. The equipment runs stably with high temperature uniformity and small heat treatment deformation, significantly improving the strength, toughness and surface quality of pipes, which is comprehensively superior to traditional gas heating and resistance furnace heating methods.
