Forever Electromechanical Successfully Completes On-site Commissioning of Piston Rod Heat Treatment Production Line

Recently, Forever Electromechanical has achieved full success in the on-site commissioning of its newly developed piston rod heat treatment production line. After days of intensive equipment inspection, program debugging and trial production verification, the intelligent automated production line has fully met the designed production standards and officially entered the stage of stable trial operation. During the on-site commissioning period, the professional technical team of Forever Electromechanical overcame various on-site challenges and carried out standardized and systematic debugging work in strict accordance with mechanical assembly standards, electrical control logic and heat treatment process specifications. The team completed precision calibration of mechanical positioning, overall inspection of circulating cooling systems, optimization of induction heating parameters and debugging of intelligent control programs. Through repeated trial production and parameter adjustment, the technical staff accurately optimized key indicators such as heating temperature, holding time and cooling speed, effectively solving the technical pain points of uneven hardness and easy deformation in piston rod heat treatment.

Equipped with independent research and development intelligent PLC automatic control system and high-precision real-time temperature monitoring modules, the production line realizes full-process closed-loop automatic control from feeding, induction quenching, tempering, circulating cooling to finished product blanking. It supports uninterrupted continuous production, greatly reduces manual intervention and production error, and significantly improves production efficiency and product consistency. In addition, the optimized energy-saving induction heating structure and circulating water cooling system effectively reduce production energy consumption, realizing the dual advantages of high efficiency and environmental protection.

The on-site test results show that the piston rods processed by the new production line have uniform surface hardness, stable internal metallographic structure, qualified straightness and no quality defects such as cracks and deformation. All performance indicators fully meet the strict manufacturing standards of high-end engineering machinery and precision hydraulic equipment.
