Forever Electromechanical Rolls Out New Generation Pipe Induction Heat Treatment Machine for Global Pipeline Manufacturing

July 29, 2026, Hebei, China

As global energy infrastructure, hydraulic machinery and steel pipeline industries expand rapidly, manufacturers of oil casings, seamless pipes and high-pressure tubing face stricter standards for pipe mechanical uniformity, production efficiency and low-carbon operation. Traditional gas furnaces and resistance heat treatment lines have long plagued factories with severe energy waste, uneven wall heating, thick oxide layers and heavy manual reliance. To resolve these industrial pain points, Forever Electromechanical, a leading IGBT medium-frequency induction heating equipment manufacturer with two decades of R&D experience, has officially launched its upgraded fully automatic pipe induction heat treatment machine, delivering integrated quenching and tempering solutions for all types of metal pipe processing worldwide.

Pipe Induction Heat Treatment Machine

Different from outdated discrete heating equipment, Forever’s new steel pipe induction hardening and tempering equipment adopts self-developed digital IGBT variable frequency power supply as the core drive unit, pushing thermal conversion efficiency above 93%. Compared with conventional furnace heating processes, the complete line cuts comprehensive power consumption per ton of steel by over 35%, eliminating long-term no-load energy loss during production pauses. The equipment covers pipe outer diameters from 20mm to 360mm and wall thicknesses of 2mm to 38mm, fully compatible with carbon steel, alloy pipeline steel, OCTG oil tubes, hydraulic seamless pipes and construction structural pipes. It supports continuous 24-hour non-stop mass production to meet high-volume order demands of pipeline factories across Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Pipe Induction Heat Treatment Machine

The whole steel pipe induction heat treatment production line realizes one-click automatic linkage of feeding, rotary uniform heating, segmented spray quenching, constant-temperature induction tempering, closed water circulation cooling and automatic blanking. Its V-type rotary roller conveying structure drives pipes to rotate steadily during heating, ensuring uniform circumferential and axial temperature distribution with temperature deviation controlled within ±3℃. The short rapid induction heating cycle drastically reduces pipe surface oxidation loss to less than 0.5%, greatly cutting raw material waste and post-processing polishing costs that traditional heating methods cannot avoid. Equipped with high-precision infrared temperature sensors and Siemens PLC closed-loop intelligent control system, the machine stores hundreds of customizable heating curves for different pipe materials and specifications; operators can switch production formulas within 3 minutes without repeated manual parameter calibration, minimizing human error and lowering labor input by more than 60%.

Environmental protection and stable long-term operation are core optimization highlights of this model. The closed waste heat recovery circulating cooling system achieves zero wastewater discharge and recycles residual heat for workshop auxiliary heating. The entire induction heat treatment process generates no flue gas, open fire or industrial waste residue, fully complying with international low-carbon manufacturing and emission standards. The reinforced anti-fatigue mechanical frame and built-in intelligent fault self-diagnosis module lower annual equipment failure rate by 65% versus old-generation pipe heat treatment equipment, slashing later maintenance and spare parts costs for global customers. After full-load hot commissioning and metallographic performance testing, pipes treated by this machine feature consistent hardness, compact uniform metallographic structure and small thermal deformation, fully meeting API petroleum pipeline standards and global mechanical pipe quality specifications.

Pipe Induction Heat Treatment Machine

Up to now, multiple customized steel pipe heat treatment production line have been signed by metal pipe manufacturers in Southeast Asia, Central Asia and Eastern Europe, with scheduled delivery within the third quarter of 2026. The technical director of Forever Electromechanical stated that the company will keep deepening customized induction heating equipment R&D for tubular workpieces, providing global clients one-stop services including production line design, on-site installation guidance, process testing and lifelong remote technical support. Forever will continue to empower the worldwide metal pipeline processing industry to achieve intelligent, energy-saving and high-quality heat treatment transformation.
