Usage steps of the oil drill pipe induction hardening and tempering line

1. Preparation: Confirm that the power supply, cooling system, and induction coil are operating normally. Set the power, frequency, and heating time according to the process requirements.

2. Load the workpiece: Place the workpiece correctly inside the induction coil to ensure even heating. Adjust the coil position according to the shape and size of the workpiece.

3. Start the device: Press the start button to turn on the device power. Real time monitoring of temperature changes, adjusting parameters through the control panel.

4. Heating treatment: The equipment will automatically heat the workpiece according to the set parameters and maintain it at the predetermined temperature for a certain period of time. After heating is completed, choose the cooling method according to the process requirements (such as water cooling, oil cooling, air cooling).

5. Remove the workpiece: After ensuring that the workpiece has cooled to a safe temperature, carefully remove it to avoid burns.

6. Turn off the device: Turn off the power, disconnect the main power switch, and turn off the cooling system.
