The Forever oil casing hinduction ardening and tempering equipment adopts electromagnetic induction heating technology, which has the characteristics of fast heating speed, low energy consumption, and high degree of automation. It is suitable for quenching and tempering treatment of metal pipes such as API 5CT oil casing, seamless steel pipes, and structural steel pipes.

1、 Core purpose of the oil drill pipe induction hardening and tempering furnace

Quenching treatment: Heating to about 900 ℃ and then rapidly cooling to improve hardness and tensile strength.

Tempering treatment: Tempering at around 650 ℃ to balance hardness and toughness.

Applicable objects: API 5CT standard petroleum casing, seamless steel pipe, etc.

2、 Technical advantages

Fast heating speed: Electromagnetic induction heating shortens the heating time of the workpiece in the oil pipeline induction heat treatment furnace compared to flame furnaces, reduces iron loss, and improves the surface quality of rolling.

Energy saving and environmental protection: The electricity consumption per ton of steel is only 20-60 degrees, and there are no combustion products, avoiding oxidation and decarbonization and reducing thermal radiation.

Digital control: Adopting a PLC fully automatic operating system, supporting one click start, the temperature closed-loop system is controlled by a Raytheon infrared thermometer from the United States, displaying heating uniformity in real time.
