New Product Introduction of Long Rod Heat Treatment Machine

The newly launched  long bar heat treatment machine is a new-generation universal heat treatment equipment for the metal bar industry. Designed for round bars, square bars and tubular billets, it is compatible with carbon steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy and other metals. It supports quenching, tempering, normalizing, annealing and stress relief processes, widely used in machinery manufacturing, auto parts, petrochemical, new energy and hardware processing industries.

Equipped with an upgraded intermediate-frequency induction heating system and a modular furnace structure, the machine features fast heating speed and low heat loss, with a heating efficiency of over 95%. Compared with traditional furnaces, it requires no long preheating time, reducing energy consumption and production waiting time. It processes workpieces with a diameter of 20–150 mm and a length of 3–12 m, minimizing production conversion costs.
