The newly upgraded Induction heat treatment machine is a high-efficiency, energy-saving and intelligent thermal processing equipment independently optimized for industrial metal heat treatment scenarios. Aiming at the pain points of traditional heat treatment equipment such as high energy consumption, uneven heating, serious workpiece oxidation and difficult precision control, this new product integrates upgraded medium-frequency power technology, intelligent closed-loop control system and modular structural design. This new generation of equipment adopts upgraded electromagnetic induction heating core technology, realizing internal rapid heating of metal workpieces. Different from traditional external radiation heating, it generates eddy current heat inside the workpiece through alternating magnetic field, featuring fast heating speed and high thermal efficiency. The overall heating efficiency is increased by more than 30% compared with traditional furnace equipment, which greatly shortens the heat treatment cycle. Meanwhile, the equipment solves the common problem of inconsistent temperature between the surface and core of workpieces. It can stably control the heating temperature within an accurate range, effectively avoid workpiece deformation, overheating and insufficient hardness, and significantly improve the dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties of finished products.

The non-open-flame heating mode eliminates flue gas emission, fuel waste and dust pollution, fully complying with national industrial environmental protection standards.
